Terms & Conditions

The following is a list of terms and conditions for services acquired from Tall Giraffe Design Studio.

  1. Client to supply all text content in Microsoft Word file format only. Client is responsible to ensure all spelling and grammar is correct.
  2. Client to supply images in electronic format, either on CD or USB drive.
  3. Client will receive a proof of the site to approve.
  4. Client is allowed to make 2 changes to the proof free of charge. Further changes will incur a fee of $50 per change.
  5. 'Web site in development' business card web site hosted on your domain whilst site is in development is only available as part of Packages 2, 3 & 4.
  6. Payment of 25% of the total price of the web site is to be paid before work is commenced, 50% of the total price is payable once the site is half finished, and 100% of the total price is to be paid once the site is finished and before the site is uploaded to the internet.
